On December 7, the leaders of the world will
gather in
OgilvyEarth took the strategic lead on the project and developed a
creative concept and a truly involving movement - Hopenhagen.
The creative concept of Hopenhagen
stemmed from the idea that the U.N. Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen is
an opportunity to protect people and the planet and to encourage global green
growth in order to change the fate of the planet. The campaign's creative
materials will emphasize the need to shift from "coping" or ignoring
our global challenges to "hoping" and ultimately acting to create a
new reality.
Hopenhagen is
an open source campaign, meaning that is powered by the people and created in
the voice of global citizens: both online and offline content will be generated
by the visitors themselves.
The
website, Hopenhagen.org, serves as the campaign hub, where users
may learn about climate change issues and, most importantly, make their voice
heard and send a message to the delegates attending the U.N.
The
Hungarian launch of Hopenhagen campaign starts in November simultaneously with
the establishment of OgilvyEarth Budapest.
Join the movement and become a citizen of Hopenhagen!
